ADHD Care That Sees the Whole Picture
Does your mind feel like it's running twelve tabs at once — or does your child seem to be trying so hard, and still falling behind? ADHD doesn't always look like what people expect. Sometimes it bounces off the walls. Sometimes it's a straight-A student quietly drowning in the effort it takes to keep up. For women especially, ADHD often goes unrecognized for years, mislabeled as anxiety, disorganization, or just "not trying hard enough."
Symptoms & Signs We Help With
Difficulty focusing, finishing tasks, or following through
Losing things, missing deadlines, or feeling chronically behind
Restlessness, impulsivity, or trouble sitting still (especially in kids)
Emotional overwhelm that seems bigger than the situation calls for
Trouble at school or work despite clearly trying
In women: years of feeling "scattered," burned out, or like you're working twice as hard for the same results

Sometimes It's the Straight-A Student
ADHD doesn't always look like bouncing off the walls. Just as often, it's a child working twice as hard just to keep pace — quietly exhausted from effort no one else can see. If your child seems to be trying their hardest and still falling behind, that's worth a real conversation, not just a report card note.
A Real Conversation, Not a Checklist
We don't diagnose from a checklist and hand you a prescription. Every ADHD evaluation starts with a real conversation about how your (or your child's) brain works, what's actually getting in the way day to day, and what's been tried before.
To make sure we're treating the right thing, we complete QB testing and/or psychological testing to help rule out other underlying issues that can look like ADHD but need a different approach. When medication makes sense, we use pharmacogenomic (Genesight) testing to help guide the right fit from the start — rather than months of trial and error.
We also look at sleep, nutrition, and daily structure, because ADHD care that only treats symptoms in a 15-minute visit misses the bigger picture.
